The Warrior's Path Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Participant”) and The Warrior's Path (“TWP”) governing your use and access to TWP’s services, programs, content, and products made available to you through the TWP platform. As used in this Agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” and “TWP” mean The Warrior’s Path and its applicable affiliates.
By clicking the “I Agree to the Terms of Service” button or by accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TWP may issue updated versions of its services and terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES PROVISIONS FOR BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION.
1. Program Services
TWP offers transformative advising and consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Emotional intelligence training
- Crisis management frameworks
- Leadership development
- Mastermind community programs
- Structured consulting sessions
These services (“Program Services”) are subject to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2. Changes to Program Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or Program Services at any time without notice. TWP may amend this Agreement by posting revised terms on its platform. Your continued use of the platform signifies your agreement to such changes.
3. Your TWP Account
To register for an account and access Program Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rodolfocabrera.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Communications Consent
By providing your email and phone number, you consent to receive communications about Program Services. You can opt out of marketing messages but will still receive essential account-related updates.
6. Payment Terms
a. Fees and Payments
Program fees are non-refundable. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms provided during registration. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to Program Services.
b. Membership Subscriptions
For recurring subscription plans, payments will be processed automatically based on the agreed schedule. You may cancel future renewals by contacting support@rodolfocabrera.com before the next billing cycle.
7. Participant Responsibilities
a. Participation Requirements
Participants are responsible for any costs related to participation, such as travel, accommodations, and personal equipment. TWP does not cover these expenses.
b. Assumption of Risk
Participation involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you accept these risks and agree to release TWP from liability arising from your participation.
8. Confidentiality
Participants must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during Program Services. Unauthorized use or disclosure of such information is prohibited.
9. Disclaimers
a. No Guarantee of Results
Program outcomes depend on individual effort and commitment. TWP does not guarantee specific results from participation.
b. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
Program Services are not intended to replace licensed professional advice, including medical, legal, or financial guidance. Participants should consult appropriate professionals as needed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in Program Services.
11. Termination
TWP reserves the right to terminate your participation for failure to comply with this Agreement or for conduct deemed detrimental to the program or other participants.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Participants waive their right to a jury trial or class action.
13. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and tools provided by TWP are the intellectual property of TWP and are protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior consent.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
